Welcome to the DT online store, where we offer a variety of convenient payment options to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our valued Slovenian customers. Here’s a breakdown of the payment methods available for our Slovenian and international customers:
- Debit/Credit Cards: We accept major debit and credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, ….
- Direct bank transfer (UPN): You can choose to pay via advance invoice (UPN order) to our company’s account.
- PayPal: DT online store also supports PayPal, a trusted and widely-used online payment platform that offers both security and convenience.
Delivery
At DT Dog Houses, we’ve established reliable partnerships with the largest courier services (FEDEX, DPD, GLS, Pošta Slovenije) to ensure swift and secure delivery of your shipments. The shipping time varies depending on several factors:
In-Stock Products: If you’ve ordered a product that is currently in stock, we’re committed to getting it to you as quickly as possible. If you’ve chosen UPN payment, your product will be dispatched within 2-4 day after receiving the payment. Orders placed during weekends and holidays are promptly shipped on the next few business day. The usual delivery time for these orders falls within the 1-3 working day range.
Out-of-Stock Products: If the product you’ve ordered is not currently in stock or it is a matter of custom solution order, we’ll promptly inform you via email or phone, and together, we’ll agree on an approximate delivery time.
On backorder Products: At DT, many of our products — including our custom-made dog houses — are made to order. This products are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks.
We often finish them even sooner, as we’re committed to providing the highest quality craftsmanship and ensuring your complete satisfaction.
1. Delivery costs
We normally deliver with the largest courier services, such as FEDEX, DPD or DHL. The shipping cost depends on the package size and weight. We ship to various countries, with costs varying based on the destination.
Smaller packages (up to 5 kg or 10 kg) from our Transport, Indoor Solutions, and Dog Bed collections have lower shipping costs. All shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
If your country is not listed below or if the checkout does not offer shipping to your country, please contact us via email at info@dtdoghouse.com. Include the items you would like to order and your full address with country, so we can check the most affordable shipping solution for you.
Please note that for some destinations — such as the United States, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom — shipping costs can be exceptionally high. In these cases, we usually look for last-minute shipping rates (for example, from FedEx), which may vary. We will check the best available option and inform you of the shipping cost. If you agree, we will send you a payment link for your selected products and enable shipping to your country at the confirmed rate.

Customs fees and import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer. Estimated delivery time and shipping costs depend on your location. Please check the final price at checkout or contact us for more details.
Personal delivery and installation are currently available only within Slovenia.

2. personal Collection
For all of our customers, we offer personal collection, though this option is primarily intended for customers in Slovenia. Collections can be made at two convenient locations. All of our payment methods are available, including PayPal, credit card, and UPN payment to our bank account.
Please note that if you choose UPN payment to our bank account, the advance payment is considered valid only once the payment is visible in our account.

- Collection Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 18:00 PM
These collection points provide you with the flexibility to pick up your orders in person, making it convenient for you to receive your purchases.
Refunds
In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (Article 43), you have a 14-day window, beginning from the day you receive the product, to initiate a return if you find the product unsatisfactory. To facilitate this process, kindly contact us via phone or email (info@dtdoghouse.com). The date of your delivery is marked as the starting point for the 14-day return period, which commences when you dispatch the package to the post office.
As per legal requirements, you are not obliged to provide a specific reason for returning the product (withdrawal from the contract). However, we kindly request that you inform us via email, allowing us to better serve you and improve our offerings.

The sole expense associated with returning the goods is the cost of postage.
Please be aware that customized products are non-returnable or exchangeable. This category includes CUSTOM SIZE DOG HOUSE, the size that is not listed in our shop or it is not standard size.
In the event of product damage due to negligence or mishandling, the return is not possible. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer must return the item in an undamaged state and in the same quantity, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost, or its quantity has decreased through no fault of the buyer.
The consumer is permitted to inspect and test the items to the extent necessary to assess their actual condition but should refrain from using them extensively until withdrawal from the contract.
Upon receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days. When returning the product, please include the invoice for the product in question, your personal data, and your preferred transaction account for the refunded payment.
Warranty and Liability
We provide a 12-month warranty for all DT Dog Houses, starting from the delivery date. During this period, we will repair any defects caused by manufacturing or material flaws free of charge. If we cannot resolve the issue within 45 calendar days, we will replace the product with a new, identical one or offer a refund.
Proper Maintenance
To ensure the longevity of your dog house, regular maintenance is required. Some components may be more prone to wear due to material composition.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damages caused by:
- Improper or negligent use
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Mechanical damage (e.g., bites, impacts scratches, or improper handling)
- Exposure to extreme external factors
- Placement in an uncovered outdoor area – DT Dog Houses must be kept in a roofed space to ensure durability
- Normal wear and tear or lack of proper maintenance
The warranty becomes void if:
- The product has been disassembled, partially repaired with non-original parts, or handled by unauthorized persons
- There is missing or incorrect warranty documentation (e.g., invoice discrepancies)
Claiming Your Warranty
To enforce your warranty, you must provide the original invoice from the manufacturer or an authorized seller. The 45-day repair period begins upon receiving the product at our service center. You can return the product directly to the manufacturer or an authorized dealer.
